Privacy Notice

This notice explains how BLLLD (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the waiting-list form on bllld.lu, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

BLLLD is a pre-launch project preparing a multilingual platform for local services in Luxembourg. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@bllld.lu.

2. What we collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Your interest category (customer, professional, company, property manager or business customer)
• Your preferred language

The form also uses an invisible anti-spam field and a submission timestamp. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your data solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox on the form, in order to:

• confirm your registration by email, and
• contact you about the launch of BLLLD and related onboarding.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. How your data is handled

Your submission is transmitted by email to our administrative mailbox and a confirmation is sent to you. Data is not stored in public files, CSV files or databases on the web server. Emails are hosted with our email provider within the scope of their own security measures.

5. Retention

We keep waiting-list details until the launch communication has been completed, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. Data of people who withdraw is deleted without undue delay.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing performed before withdrawal). To exercise any right, email info@bllld.lu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

7. Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public CDNs (Cloudflare cdnjs). When your browser requests these files, your IP address is transmitted to those providers. No personal form data is ever sent to them.

8. Changes

We may update this notice as BLLLD approaches launch. The date above reflects the latest revision.
